Intellectual property

The “GetMyNews” name, logo, website and application are the property of Smartness Home. Copyright complaints (notice and takedown)

GetMyNews is a news aggregator that links to material published by third parties and does not host that content. If you are a rights holder and believe that material accessible through the Service infringes your copyright, send a notice to contact@getmynews.online including, consistent with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. §512):

  • your name and contact details;
  • identification of the copyrighted work you claim was infringed;
  • the specific URL, feed or card that identifies the material at issue;

Once we receive a valid notice, we remove or disable access to the identified link promptly. As GetMyNews merely points to the publisher, removing the original article is a matter for the publisher who hosts it.
